Morgan teams up with John Dennis at Physiohaus to develop a series of cycling biomechanics, injury and bike fitting courses

Morgan has teamed up with John Dennis at Physiohaus in Newcastle to run a series of cycling biomechanics, injury and bike fitting courses aimed at anyone from healthcare professionals, sports therapists, coaches, strength and conditioning and personal training instructors working with cycling and multi-sport athletes to bike fitters and the cycling industry.

The courses will be run from the spacious bike fitting studio at Physiohaus which was originally designed to be the European training centre for Retul. The teaching space is bright and airy with space for two bike fitting stations for practicals and demonstrations.

With John and Morgan's combined experience the courses will be fully independent and not tailored or linked to any single bike fit or cycling analysis system, allowing the students to experience and use the best technologies and tools in the world and choose the right approach for the individual needs of the rider or athlete they are working with at the time.

Morgan- "I am very excited to work with John on this project as he is one of the most experienced fitters and bike fitting instructors in the world! His previous role at lead instructor for Retul means that between us, with the work I do for Trek, and Cyclefit in the past, we have taught hundreds of students."

The full menu of courses will be finalised soon so watch this space for more information but for now please see below for details of the first course in the series taking place in October this year.

John- "There is a real hunger for more knowledge amongst bike fitters and especially healthcare professionals at a time where they are likely to come across more cyclists than ever in their work. We are looking forward to being the place to come to learn more and develop the standards of services cyclists can expect from their local practice or studio"
